All course purchases made through Wisen are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the course information, pricing, and access terms prior to payment.

2. No Cancellations or Refunds

Once access to a course or digital content has been granted, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Inability to complete the course 

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified duplicate payments or technical errors on our platform that prevent access to purchased content. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction to info@nislearning.com, along with proof of payment.
